Red Light Ramen is committed to using premium, locally sourced ingredients and supporting local food security. Because of this we carefully source our food from producers who prioritize flavor, ethics, and sustainability, ensuring that every dish we serve is of the highest quality.

We recognize that relationships with local producers are the heart of our business. As a result we have partnered with ethical producers who share our values:

  • Hormone & Antibiotic-Free Meat – Sourced from BC and Alberta farms.
  • BC-Made Miso – Crafted by Amano Foods, founded by Teiichi Amano in 1919.
  • Farm-Fresh Produce – Grown by Michael at Earth Temple Gardens (Argenta) and Josh & Thalia at Kootenay Corner Gardens (Krestova).
  • Locally Made Tofu – Produced just five blocks away by Silver King Soya Foods, using organic Canadian soybeans.
